Just curious, which versions were the ones used in the CD/DVD?

it is a mixture of all of them, and i think they actually shot certain things special just for the dvd.

DVD is footage mostly from l'Olympia and le Zénith (both in Paris). But it also has some footage from Lille, Lyon and Brussels I think.
