I really love them all except for "Veni, Vidi, Vici" (I came, I saw, I conquered - Julius Caesar) and "Abracadabra" (Steve Miller Band.. ha, ha, ha.) But... if I were to be marooned on a deserted island and could choose only one song, it would have to be "Hey, Amigo." I just love her voice in that one; it's so soft, so soothing, so relaxing. I can just see her in my arms singing that one to me. I can hardly understand a word of it but it sounds soooo, soooo nice.

Yes, she said ACC is her favorite from the second album. But doesn't necessary mean it's her second favorite. Altho, I don't see why it wouldn't be since it's the best songs. ML is the first only because of the feelings involved on it. It's her first so it has special meaning even if it's not the most perfect song.

to matrix way back in the thread, ye i too have been listening to and liking more Veni Vidi Vici. And Mon Maquis is a song i didn't like at first, but I love it now.

And Tupac Shakur is some good stuff, he's only of the the few rappers I like. i mean, how many rappers can you name make songs without curse words? i admire Tupac for using his brain well. These days, there are no rappers like him, so as far as i'm concerned rap is out.

I have been giving Lui ou Toi and Tempete and JBG many repeated listens, I like them very much.

I already responded in the "What's your favorite Alizee saong? part II," thread, so for the long version of my reasons you can check that out. But basically, a J'ai Pas Vingt Ans compilation was my first real introduction to Alizee and through it I completely fell for her. Yep she does pre-record them and then lip sync them, but its pretty normal there in Europe.
