well I have watched my share of Alizee video's. personaly i realy like her. but there are those ingnorant people like hotlantaboi67. I have been into a completly meaningless argument with him over Alizee. but nothing big.But just ignor those people they have no life.

I don't argue with idiots that don't like Alizée because they cannot be reasoned with. Think about it this way...do you thing YOU would agree with someone who was trying to convince you that Alizée had no talent?
Of course not.

Remember that these are the type of people who like the american woman "stars" like Paris Hilton, and her skinny, ugly sidekick, Nicole Richie, who by the way, is also possibly headed to jail and Lindsey Lohan as well. These "stars" are nothing more then rich trailer trash with no class, that happen to be in the public eye.

Personally, all I want to hear anymore is European music in general and Alizée in particular. They have more talent, better voices, are more beautiful, and have better music production then anyone in america.

Yes, there are exceptions to this, but all I can think of is right now are Kelly Clarkson and that girl who sings country that was from american idol last year. And using these two as an example, Clarkson has but a couple of songs that I like, but nothing more.

As a guitar player, all of my favorite players are European, and always have been from the Beatles forward. I'm certainly not about to change my opinions now unless some major american personality comes along that is another phenomina...and that doesn't appear to be happening.

Unfortunatly, Paris Hilton got out of having to go to jail. She's on house arrest (like being forced to live in her mansion is a punishment). Guess nobody took my idea of tossing her in a dumpster?

Anyway, comments on YouTube are generally the opposite of the intelligent opinion.

Eh, YouTube comments - especially on anything from a foreign culture - will always, always decline into a pointless debate about the merits of one culture or another. Or, they'll have some overtly sexual tone to them in the case of attractive women. Anyway, as everyone else said, there's really not much to see in them.

I liked the way "George W" was especially vitriolic in his comments. Especially when you see his picture. Wow, what a lovely looking man with no obvious physical things to rip the piss out of him for. (Although to be fair he didn't know his comments were going to be posted on an Alizée forum:p )

As for Youtube, in Scotland (even before the internet) a 'tube' is a slang word for idiot / moron. Hence you will hear 'you tube' being said if you stick your fingers in an electric socket or cut your hand off with a blunt spoon. Also every 4th post seems to be about curses only stopped by re-posting over and over again, and yet they seem to believe in it. It's nice to know there are people out there even stranger than me.

She may well be facing even more of it with her come back. Even though she's a bit older, it's still going to hurt and of course she has a family to think about as well.

Well said, Garçon ! So far, all the comments on my Alizée video on YouTube have been positive, except for one. No one has said anything bad about Alizée.

I had one comment, though, that said my video was cheesy...lol They obviously meant the song I wrote for the video. Maybe it is a little too sentimental, but I think Alizée brings that out in me. One person commented that it made them cry, so I'm not the only sap who has fallen under Alizée's spell...lol
