Question 1: During the "Oh loup y'es tu" interlude (the point where the phrase is repeated in synthesized form), there is also a synthesized "pour moi". During the concert, Alizée sang the "Oh loup y'es tu", with real time synthesizing. However the "pour moi" is synthesized in the background. Who sings the "pour moi"?:

1. It's a recorded Alizée, synthesized?
2. Backup singers, synthesized in real time?
3. Pure electronic synthesis?


Question 2: This is more of a cultural question. What is the significance (representation) of the "traines de tsarines"?

Hard to tell for sure since it isn't normal sound.

It's quite possible that it's Alizée's voice but it can be anyone else's too.

After all, not all other voices are identified for sure either. For example, it's said that Mylène gave her voice for some track, too, but I don't think it was ever found for sure to which song. Or at least I don't remember which one it could be.

Yeah, the "q2...." obviously means in reply to question 2.

To be fair, I was aware (when the questions were posted) that they were not balanced (in terms of text walls as well as content), which tends to place additional burden on the reader. Although some folks carry the RTFP mantra with them, I actually try an make things easier most of the time. If it were a book or memo, I would have done something to balance them better, but on forums like this I figure "what the hell".

i agree that is probably the right one me i'm leaning toward 3 though.

My guess is that they used a pre-recorded sample and loaded it into one of the keyboards. You can make the sample play back when you press the key it was assigned to. You could also store the sample on a computer and play it back the same way through MIDI.

The sample was probably originally processed through a synth, filters or a vocoder.
