Well, she does have a mystical presence in her eyes. i must admit i did not even know albout Alizee until very recently when i heard j'en au marrie and liked the sound of it. Then when i watched the video, my eyes lit up. It's amazing how you can understand someone completely without knowing a word they're saying. (Actually i know 'mon poisson rouge'. It means My goldfish! not quite sure why she's saying that but nevermind.)

The mental image of poisson rouge is just addition made by the visual image. Very clever double meaning for the word.

And what comes to poisson rouge as synonym for female genitalia, it's pretty much wrong since it's any fish that is used for it in few references during history. They rarely specified to be goldfish. And in fact, even in this text it's called simply "fish"... "my fish stirs"...

What is shown on video is whole another case since it's needs to be done to please eye. Altho, quite surely Mylène had the goldfish in her mind since he beginning.

Why it is ? Surely it relates in color but the fish is used to symbolize female genitalia even just for it's smell.
