That song is called Comptine d'un autre été. Composed by Yann Tiersen, featured in my favourite movie, Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain.

yes, its Comptine d'Un Autre Été, just like espire said, its on the Amélie soundtrack... i love the whole CD tho, its great, with a lot of peaceful and beautiful songs like this one, and some more fun upbeat ones as well, :D Highly Recommended if youre into this sort of thing ;) which i totally am :p

Very pretty song to play, not very difficult to learn but not very easy to master also xD. The CD is absolutely wonderful!
