today is june now and Alizée didnt come back now and i miss her verymuch!
i know all of us miss her right?:(
i create this thread for Alizée ,because when she see this thread shell now that she has a fan missing verymuch her and shell back now and say!

I'm still predicting next Wednesday 4th July for a dramatic comeback with a new single, website back up, a music video of the single, an interview on television, the works.

Deepwaters, you can't just bust out with a new single after three years and expect to sell. You have to have some publicity first.

There's been a lot of publicity, Espire. Just no exact date given. She's being a tease. :p But her whole fan base is on the edge of its collective seat. My feeling is, that will be enough, especially if there's a big publicity push at the time of release.

Less than a week to go, though, and we'll soon see. So I'll say no more on that.

Pop needs more than a fan base. We're a very small fringe group. The entirety of AF is only 6,500 members, including all the inactive accounts. Most of her fans, especially in France, have drifted away to something else, which is completely normal after a three year hiatus.

Lili will NEED a lot of publicity before her return.

Edit: I guess I'll say how it could work. Her old fans might have moved on to other things, but it's unlikely most of them have forgotten. Rumors of Alizée's return have been floating around for over a year. Most recently, there was the group of fans she met in Paris who were told to expect a new single some time this summer, maybe in June, and a new album in the fall.

Also, there's been a good bit of publicity around Moi . . . Lolita recently with Julien singing his version on Nouvelle Star. And 4th July 2007 happens to be the 7th anniversary of the release of Moi . . . Lolita.

So on that date: release the single and at the same time put out a huge media blitz. A big surprise. That would allow 10 days before Bastille Day and the start of the summer holidays.

I could be wrong, I'm going mainly on intuition here. But until next Wednesday rolls around with no single release I'm going to expect that's the way it will be.

You'd really think that some kind of promotion and publicity would be appropriate before such an event..

I often get hunches, although they don't always come true. In late May, I got the clearest impression that the new single would be coming out "on the 7th." Of course at that time, I interpreted it as meaning 7th June. But then the idea of the 7th anniversary of Moi . . . Lolita hit me.

The more I think about it, the more likely it seems. Alizée is, as she's put it, "superstitious," so the idea of starting her new career on the 7th anniversary of the start of her old one would appeal. She also likes surprises, and likes to spring things on people unexpectedly. And she did say a new single would be coming out this summer.

I could be wrong. I sometimes am. But this really makes sense to me.

Why does everybody have to create a new thread to cry about Alizee's album not being out already?

A good way to pass your time till the next album without realising it is to start a Alizee pics slideshow some music and keep on watching and thinking.

the reason for asking that question is -----> when a new member register to this site and are eager to become an alizee fan will always have such a question that : when she will be back.... so, we the major fans should tolerate that question and move on... we should guide the new comers so... they will be get a distinct solution of that... an more over they will solve by themself and other... when they knew that she will be back soon!
