Amazed posted it in the "Pic i never saw b4" thread. According to the sources, it was taken by Lili's friend SISSOU during a promotional photo shoot. This photo shoot is possibly for the new album.

hi so without pretention I can just tell you that the song Divine idole exist but not how Voici annouced it ! Indeed the title is not correct ! Other detail , the song doesnt talk at all about Mylène farmer , you just have to see the completes lyrics to understand !

The song is indeed about a woman living in a gothic fashion but aint Mylène farmer ! it even seems to be someone close to Alizée , a member of her familly , who is a photographer and live in a dark and enigmatic world ! Alizée admire this person since her childhood ! know that this song is a ballade !


concerning the album , there's no specific style since is a mix of styles , between pop rock and dance ! Alizée completely changed direction !

Other detail , one text was written by Alizée herself ! the near-totality of the others texts were entrusted to well known lyric writers ! it should be noted that the speakers on the musics are mainly people having worked on the last opus of Chatelain !

the album is actually in final phase of fabrication after the signature with Sony BGM ! small precision ! alizée didn't change disk compagny on an impulsion ! alizée was under contract with UNIVERSAL but this one was expiring in this month of August 2007 ! However Alizée and Universal had an agreement to let the contract run to its expiry , but the 2 parts had notified for a long time their wish to seperate and not renew the experience at the end of this one! However Universal asked Alizé to avoid giving information to the medias in regards of her new opus to avoid being associated with this album who wouldnt be under their label !

Way before that expiry Alizée had begun procedur with SONY/BGM ! her futur disk compagny in good will waited for the end of her contract with Universal to had her sign her new contract at RCA and finaly start communicating information to the media the details of the album !

Finally know that alizée will be back in early septembre on radio if everything goes well ! the release date of the 1st single and the album are actually defined and everything should be known when school start ! I can only tell you that from last news the date of October 8 was advanced by the close relations of alizée!

no matrix her physical appearence is normal not too fat or not too slim, she is perfect in all.... and her hair is different from her previous once's... but its looking different, i like it since it is from photoshoot... i think in album it will look good!

Wow, forget the fact it's Alizée....that is a powerful picture without knowing who is in the shot. Joseph has some photographic talent and an eye for an excellent shot....background...foreground...lighting...frame . Check out the sun, looks like it's nestled in a bed of clouds. And the profie of the child, looking up and the light through the curly hair. And note how the sun reflection is framed above child. The anonymity of the shot just adds so much more. There are several other really nice features. Good job Joseph!

Matrix, about the sunset photo. That is not extra weight you are seeing. When a woman matures her hips widen a little bit. This is to allow her to have a baby. If this didn't happen the baby's shoulders would not have enough room to pass through. This is completely natural, and not do to any thing other than nature.

Her hair is also fine. This is a style. It is harder to make your hair look messed up, and stay that way than to make it all clean cut. I think it is beautiful.

Matrix you are being for closed minded. I can see where you are coming from not liking it and I understand that. For example I have said I didn't like the hair she wore in the duet with Jenifer, most others did, I had to accept that. You have to attempt to see that some people do actually like her hair, and other girl's hair like that. I don't think it is quite as the picture makes it out, I think it is less chopped and messy looking but the fact that the photo is black and white masks that.

Matrix, you are showing a lack of reasoning. Some people like different hairstyles. Not everything is so clean cut anymore. My school needs to learn this also. They think if your hair touches your ears you are being rebellious. They also think when you spike your hair or if it is in a vertical fashion it is evil. Hair is an expression of ourselves, and no one has the right to tell us how we wear it. This is Lili's decision. If she doesn't have a problem with it then I don't.

We are suppossed to support her that is what a fan is for. Like Killian said, he didn't like the hair style when she did a duet with Jenifer, but he accepted it, because he is a fan and supports Lili. If Lili is happy with the hair then I am too.

I was afraid this would happen, and it seems to be to some. She would come back and some wouldn't be able to handle the change. She is older, and has matured into her own self. The image she was before was created by Mylene not Lili herself. That image you all love so much is not 100% Lili. It was mostly Mylene projecting her own image through Lili. Now that Lili is on her own, and is free to express herself some can't handle the real 100% genuine Lili. This is Lili, people, accept it. Luckily everyone except Matrix seems to be doing just fine with the change and I am very happy about this.

I think some of you guys need to chill.... Everybody is entitled to their opinion. This applies to whether or not we like or dislike something new or old in Lili. Just because we disagree with some of her personal taste, doesn't mean we dislike her. I think it's better to be honest than just agree with everything, don't you have personal taste? I'm sure Matrix loves Alizée just as much as anybody else, just look at all the videos he's made of her. Furthermore, I side with Matrix on this. I also think she would look way much better with a different hair style, in fact I'm sure if it was someone else you guys would probably agree. This has nothing to do with not been able to handle her new look, it has to do with personal taste, and what we think she looks best in. We'll adjust of course, but meanwhile we'll continue to voice our opinion.....

As far as Alizée reflecting MF before and not being 100% herself, well in case you haven't given it any thought when your a teen your always influenced by someone else. You always want to be like your idol or someone you admire, and your taste changes from time to time. What makes you think she is 100% herself now? She could be influenced by a rock idol now, like her husband. She could have another change at anytime, so to say that people can't handle her genuine 100% real self, is not a very smart statement. She's the only one who has the right to say she didn't like herself then because of whatever reason, everybody else is here because we liked her the way she was then. Whether we like her new look now has to do with our own personal taste, no one should feel pressured into liking her every change.....

i agree with you rocket, i wouldn't mind at all. but a lot of people would probably check out immediately. I honestly don't see her going that far from where she has been already. I mean it will definitely be different, but being 5' nothing and cute as hell, there is only so far punk you can go and have any credibility.

The image of Joan Jett suddenly came to mind.

I disagree with Rocket that Alizée is always "punk" on the street; the only time when she could remotely be described that way was in '03-'04 during her "I'm dressing like him" phase, and even then both she and Jérémy are too young to be properly punk by a couple of decades. You have to be a Boomer/Xer cusp kid to be punk. Younger and older generations need not apply. Aside from that period, she has always dressed pretty sensibly and conservatively off-stage.

Punk music is also out, but I expect her to rock harder than she did in her Mylène/Laurent phase.

Biggest change is simply the transition from teenager to adult. If that bothers some people, what can we say, time stands still for no one, and she's bound to gain 10 fans for every one she loses.

I think we have already established many times that she's not little miss sweet sixteen anymore, in fact this comment is starting to get old. Nobody's expecting her to be exactly the same, we just have different opinions on what she should look like next, obviously since we don't all agree on the hair. It's true she did win our hearts with the way she used to be, and therefore we would like some of what we thought was special still with her (otherwise we're afraid she'll become just another performer). However what made her special was not simply that she was young or that she sang pop. In fact I never liked pop before I prefer rock, and I dislike most all teen artist. If she was a mere image of MF, I would definitely not have liked her either since I don't like MF. What I would like is for her to remain in good taste regardless of her new style. Any other performer doesn't matter, but Alizée I want her to be the best. Therefore I voice my opinion on what I think is best for her, and that hair-do is not the best look for her (my opinion) .... ;)

Killian It's not about the hair, it's about fans that think that everybody should accept whatever and not really have an opinion on the subject. Also some think that if you don't like her new look it's because you weren't really a fan, that's what I'm discussing anyways... ;)
