While poking about the Madonna tribute, I found some interesting (and a bit unpleasant) info:

(It's on a Coldplay forum because she said they were her favorite band).
Apparently she was a big diva and demanded that the tribute performers did not meet her or speak to her.

This is in line with reports of her behavior at Live Earth this year.

regardless of Madonna's extremely rude behavior, I am impressed that Alizée learned 'La Isla Bonita', and rehearsed it to perfection (as many will agree, that performance was just about as near to perfection as possible) in only one week.

Eh, don't think for a second that she didn't grow up singing along (and doing the flamenco) to that one on the CD player.... ;)

Madonna has some good stuff, but I've always thought she was a bitch, lol!
