Video converter to Ipod?

Hey, I have all these movies in .avi and .mov that I want on my Ipod but I need to convert them first. Can anyone recommend a video converter or help me find one for Ipod? Any help is appreciated.

i'm currently using that, however it doesn't convert DivX files correctly.... I have the full En Concert in DivX.... :(
Any help?

I've never used it with DIVX files but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
