Best songs by Alizée

What song do you feel has been the best by Alizèe?
She has made many good songs, and for some it might be impossible to decided which has been the best, but myself I think "J'en ai Marre" has been the greatest I've heard.
Would be intresting to hear what you guys think. ;)

i go through phases. like my last favorite song was gourmandises. now its l'email a des ailes...again.

my first ever favorite was a contre courant though. that song will always hold a special place in my heart....*cheesy*

For me, my two constant favourite are J'ai Pas Vignt Ans and C'est Trop Tard. Though lately I find myself listening to Moi... lolita an increasing amount.

Of course when you have 25 moments of perfection how can of perfection, so how can you pick just one?

Wow, I have to say I like amelie m'a dit a lot. Although I relle like toc de mac.

But I have to say the most beautifulist song I've heard from Alizee and in general is without a doubt L'E-mail à Des Ailes.

In my mind anyway it has always been L'important C'est D'aimer. The combination of Natasha St. Pierre and Alizée' voices just kills me.

My favorite is C'est trop tard. The singles like Moi... Lolita and JEAM were a couple my favorites at start until I got the full MCE album and after listening to it for awhile I started leaning more twords C'est trop tard as my favorite and now it has been for some time. :D

It was Gourmandises that sucked me a year ago, and Gourmandises that will never let me go. Even if someone else were singing, the piano riff in that song is my life.

J'ai pas vingt ans will always hold a special place in my heart becaue it was through JPVA that I was first introduced to Alizée.

Like many others, my favorite Alizée song tends to go through an ongoing cycle of phases. But if were to try to pick what I thought was her "best" song, I think I'd have to go with Coeur déja pris... mainly because Lili's voice is just so beautiful in it and there isn't much instrumentation in the way of her beautiful voice. To me, it's a much more "pure" distilation of Alizée.

i can't choose a best song, and my favorite is always changing. however, i will say that the 2 most under appreciated songs from each album are veni, vedi, vici and hey amigo. they should've been released as singles!

Hey! Amigo. Most played Alizee song ever..

-Quite different than most of the synth pop tunes on both albums, using more natural sound and instruments.
-Excellent intro, blending wondefully with the warm, harmonic verse melody.
-The entrance of her voice singing the first lines

"Déambule,
Déhanche-toi plus
Elle déambule,
Dans tes avenues, tes rues..." is magical

-Carries the most emotion and drama Alizee could put in a song,
-Love the mid instrumental part.
-An arrangement orgy beneath the song makes you feel like swimming in a sea of sounds.
-Escalating and powerful finale.

For me it stands out, as her most quality song and the one that reaches deeper than the others despite sounding a bit conventional at first.

The song that I discovered her by was JEAM, but ever since I heard Gourmandises it has always been my favorite.

I agree with Espire, there is just something about that song, the piano riff...the refrain...her voice...just something that just blows me away. I could listen to it for hours and hours non stop. It's just got kind of a trance like quality, but unlike traditional trance music it is totally beautiful at the same time. Easily my all time favorite song.

As for the rest of the songs, I'd have to say I love them all equally and go through phases.

I think I've figured out the riff or whatever is the word to that in English lol, the part that we can listen very well on the En concert version at the beggining of the song. I'll transcribe it soon.

Edit: better than that, I've just took off the voice part from a midi, I'll post the "full song" when I manage to work with notation composer :P

Well, I have a first messy and rushed version of it, it might still need some arrangements and it's not very correctly made, I'll try to improve it. It won't be easy to follow since it's very very messy:p

So, "Piano 1" is the riff or wtv:D, then you have the "Vocal" part and finally is what I've called "Piano 2" which is the piano (?) in higher tones that you can hear in bridge parts.
