I heard about Alizee about a month ago, and I read some of posts saying that Alizee is forgotten in France.

just like after her first album alizee is taking a break but there are rumers of her return. thats just a small summary but you should go to the link on the main page for wikipedia

ahhh ... i envy you. you are about to go through a roller coaster of emotion, lol. how nice would it be to have just discovered alizee .. and get to experience everything again for the first time. :)

im sure he is joking ..

but what i mean is, all of the current alizee fans already have the high quality videos on their computer .. i made this website to make it as easy as possible for new people, who have just discovered alizee to get a small taste of her various videos / interviews ... before they enter that next level (where they wait hours on end to download all of the videos)

and maybe get her a few new fans along the way .. that may be too lazy to search through all of the material out there.

Kretgar, I think it's safe to say most of us have had nearly the same exact experience. I was introduced to Alizee 3 years ago when a friend of mine sent me a small clip of a J'en ai Marre, didn't think much of it until I saw her again in a video clip of A Contre Courant early this summer, since then I've been hooked. I lurked around these forums for a week or so also and then I finally decided to register.

I see yet another person has been taken back by her. Welcome to the club my man. Always good to have new members.

I had seen some pictures of Alizée on several occasions over the years, and found here somewhat similar looking to a young Winona Ryder (even confused them a time or two).

Then I heard J'en ai marre...

Then I SAW J'en ai marre...

Now I can't see or hear enough. A very refreshing performer. Didn't think there were many like Alizée in the entertainment business.

Talented, smart, caring (I've seen the shows where she surprises fans with a visit), beautiful, and grounded.

Most likely because she got married and had a daughter, and she wanted to put her focus on her family instead of showbiz. After all the press and shows and performances and interviews, i dont blame her
