Help me out here.
What is alizee saying here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=De9Pw1ykw0A
She's in concert singing moi lolita and says something like "C'est sous!??" after she says "voulez-vous chanter encore!!!!!?" near the middle of the song. What is she saying? C'est sous sounds like it but it isn't.

I believe it's "C'est sûr?" Literally, "Is it sure?" but you can take it as "Are you sure?"

Dunno but if it's during ML the conversation goes about:

Merci ! Vous voulez chanter encore ? Vous êtes sûr ? Encore ! Tout le monde ! Merci ! Bravo !

Vous êtes sûr ? = Are you sure ?

Right after she says "Voulez-vous chanter encore?" (do you want to sing it again) she says "Vous etes sur?" which means "Are you sure?" Hence the initial big reaction from the crowd, and the even bigger one to the second question.

Yeah, it seems to be "Meeeerci", voulez vous chanter encore "then crowd" then vous etes sûr

She was playing into a phaser which it didn't matter the pitch or notes so anyone could make that scratchy sound, it's only a sound effect but originally was a guitar.
