DJ_Greg, i appreciate ur commitment to get the word out about alizee to the people who listen to your radio station. Word of mouth is the best way to spread the news about Alizee, and as i far i know, ur doing the best job than anyone else on this site. I know if i had a radio station, i would play Alizee almost everyday, regardless of my music style and the music style of the people who listen to me

Thanks! We all do what we can. I just happened to be lucky enough to get involved with a local station, and have the free time on my hands to do it.

DJ, I thought the only type of station that could pull something off like what you've done would, in fact, be something like a college radio station. They have alot more freedom. You've done a great service for that area of the country. We need to spread that idea to the rest of the FM band in the US. I'd love to hear her on radio.

Oh, definitely. You can't play foreign music on mainstream radio. I mean, you "can"; chances are, audiences wouldn't freak out. But people at mainstream radio don't really pay attention to audiences. They're more concerned with advertisers, as well as these entrenched notions about what you can and can't broadcast (like the idea that "you can't play foreign music on mainstream radio" - how do we really know that? The truth is, we don't.)
