Each and every person will have some aim to accomplish in their life,
so my Aim is to
"Achieve the Desire Objective(goal) and Desired Outcome" in my life,
so my aim is to work in Microsoft Company as a Software Engineer and to achieve all the credits given by the company. An individuals can have a personal goals...... Managing goals can give returns in all areas of life, By knowing precisely what one wants to achieve, makes clear what to concentrate and improve on. Goal setting and planning gives long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses acquisition of knowledge and helps to organize resources that you have to share with others.
