(altho, I still hoping to see HDTV capture of this... I hope Rozebud did HD capture... or someone else... )

They don't much show the audience from the front... but we are visible in several shots taken from back... I still can't remember the name of the one French fan with us... sorry :(

It was definitely playback. They even did a dry run of the song before Alizée and her musicians came on stage.

But yeah, either way it's easily the best MJ performance to date, and I don't just say that because we were there!

Quick question: When she lip syncs a song does she do it silently or actually sing into a turned off mic? Could you hear her at all from where you were?

No. Don't know really. If she was actually singing, I couldn't hear it above the recorded song being pumped loudly over the PA system.

Thanks Snatcher. Wonder if she recognized you and RMJ since it didn't seem like a big audience plus you were with all the big French fans like Jessica. The performance was the best to date, she put more attitude into it and some parts of it reminded me of Gourmandises performances.
