seems to be a hardware problem on the server, i can't find anything else wrong. i will put a ticket in for maintenance when i get home tomorrow. there will be some time when they take it down to check hardware, and then depending on what is bad, some time to get everything back up and running.

i will update here when i know more.

I sat at my computer saying to myself what is wrong with this darn computer. My sisters laptop required the whole house to get a wireless router. I thought it was that so I was downstairs restarting the router like 5 times haha until FLAlizéeFan told me the site was down, I was like haha wow. I forgot.
