you only have to search the city in the webpage and voila

well, in fact you can buy tickets in ticketmaster of all of events in my country, don't care the city, you also can buy tickets of leon, puebla, queretaro and guadalajara too

I haven't looked into travel within Mexico, but at the very least can't you fly between Mexico City and Guadalajara? They both have very large airports. I plan to be at those shows, though not the others.

I can't get away the first week but I can fly in to León Monday morning and take a short flight to Monterrey Tuesday morning. I'm just waiting for ticket availability & a good seat number. If I can get that I'll work out hotels and other logistics. It all depends on the tickets :( everything else can be overcome.

Since this thread is what it is, I'm assuming we are going to hook up, right? If it's money, I am willing to help with hotel rooms. But, the language could be a barrier for me. Also, transportation is possible to fly to all these destinations, I hope.

I would be delighted to hook up with other forum members in Mexico and share/help any way I can. No, I don't speak Spanish, so this will be quite an adventure for me. If I can get decent tickets I will start to tackle that problem - find a translator/guide, even if I have to pay. I believe the Leon she's going to is León de Los Aldama - Guanajuato/León Del Bajio Airport (BJX). That is north and west of Mexico City. If I'm wrong would someone correct me. There are flights/times available for the two concerts I can go to - STL to BJX to MTY.

Hi Josh! How's it going? I'd like to go to DF, but I'm going to enroll in summer semester for college instead of fall semester (in anticipation of Alizée's European tour) so my time will be limited to the weekend tours.

BTW, is there good transportion from DF to Puebla?

Any idea what time these concerts usually start? This might affect the Guadalajara plans (flight time and all).

Yes, that's what I'm hoping for so that folks don't have to be in a foreign country by themselves. Like you, language will be an issue. When Roman and I where in Mexico City we had Josh and a lot of the other Mexican fans (even if they only knew a little english) helped us when we didn't have Josh. But we've 1 month to find a beginner's spanish book. ;)

Well, just my opinion here, why don't you guys choose a person to buy all the tickets for those who are going in one particular place. That way your seats/or places in the concert won't get separated. About the money, I'm sure you all can work it out together. Maybe you can transfer it to the account of the person who's in charge of buying the tickets

And that reminds me, we would all have to consider what section of seating do we want. As Roman pointed out, the primo seats are roughly $150. Go to all the shows $900! We desperately need to work this out quick. I would imagine a lot of you want the best seating, since it IS Alizee. Might need to go back throught the list with that seating option listed.

Not necessarily all shows. Like for the 1st show in mexico city, maybe you can ask snatcher42 to buy it for you guys and you all can give the money to him in anyway. That way, you all will stick together even until after show.
And for the show in Guadalajara, maybe you can ask someone else this time to buy it one shot. It all depends on who's best in getting all these tickets.
But then yeah, this way you guys really need to communicate with each other and confirm your status. Or else, it'll be just like what Roman said above......words without action

There's usually a limit to how many tickets one person can buy for a show. Also, if there's standing room it doesn't really matter which we get.

if you don't have banamex credit card yet, you can buy tickets since usa!!!

you only have to put atention to the next

note. if you know some spanish this will be easy

one: go to www.ticketmaster.com.mx

two: give a click in the event (alizee concerts)

three: select the number of tickets that you want and the places (lo mejor disponible) is the best choice and go to "busca tus boletos" search your tickets

four: put the key and then "continuar"

five: select the pay way (manera de pago) you have to select will call, is the last one

six: you have to put some dates about you like e-mail, name pasword, and post code if you select the united states

seven: you have to select the pay way, (forma de pago), you can select these credit cars

mastercard
visa
american express

then you need to put the number of the credit card and make a cuestionary about you

I only can go to here cause I don't have credit card,

note, you ned to make this quicly besause if you don't the sistem invalid your buy and put the tickets on sale again

I'm thinking it's perceived lack of interest in those locations. I sure hope that's it and not violence! This stuff is all generally in central México, except that Monterrey is near Texas. ?? If we should watch out for a specific location or something, go ahead and post it. Probably better to know if there's something specific going on than to walk into it unaware. Of course, this will be the middle to late June.

Hey fellow Alizée fans,

I'm from Monterrey and I know how difficult is sometimes to follow your favorite artist to other locations, just some logistics information that may help you.

Monterrey's tickets WON'T be sold in Ticketmaster, they are sold in its bastard twin Monterreyan company superboletos(dot)com , the good thing about it is that I'm 99% sure that you will be able to print your tickets from home at the time of purchase so you don't have to worry for picking them up before the concert or whatever.

IF by any chance they have a pre-sale (they don't always do that unless the artist is VERY famous in the city) they would do it to people holding SANTANDER cards.

The prices posted before may be correct, of course as it saids there you have to add the infamous service fee. The prices are on the expensive side so I don't expect any difficulties (in Monterrey) to get your tickets right up front if you like it so.

If you're worried about your safety, let it be the least of your worries. None of the cities (except for Mexico City) have significant safety issues, just do whatever you would do when traveling and you will be perfectly fine.

So my brother called Banamex and Ticketmaster and they told him they dont know anything about a presale... as a matter of fact, they don't know anything about a concert... Sony needs to hurry with this?I guess because the sale has not started yet. There was something about Alizée on ticketmaster the other day, but it looked like it was some kind of test listing. Not really sure.

I may have tickets available for the 17th to sell to someone else, but it may be that I won't really know until I get to Mexcio. So, if someone is going to be there, there are tickets from the "prefered" section (best section) that might be available from me and my group (5 tickets total). It's a little sketchy at the moment.

i see...so when are the dates they go on sale for the rest of the concert dates? i was under the impression from the other posts that you need to have that banamex c/c to get the tickets. the tickets for the available dates are not sold out yet right?see below, but please also just go to ticketmaster.com.mx and search for alizee if you want to know. They do say that generl tickets are available on the same day as the pre-sale, but they aren't. Just try it and it will ask for Banamex card.

Tickets for Mexico City are now available to the general public, including US customers via will call (store or venue pick-up):

Currently the first section, Preferente, is sold out. But you can still get some decent seats in the second section, Luneta, as well as all three balconies. Piso 1 is a steal at 350 pesos ($33)!

Guadalajara will open up tomorrow.

For those going to Puebla, superboletos will also carry the ticketing system for them the prices (although you still can't buy tickets 'till tomorrow) are here

The prices are already there and it confirms the pre-sale for banamex starting TOMORROW until wednesday.

I haven't been able to see the concert in the system but the newspaper announced that it will be the same for Monterrey tickets: prices from 300 up to 1300 pesos and with pre-sale with banamex from TOMORROW till wednesday.

Both go to general public on thursday.

Acabo de hablar al número 01 800 de Super Boletos, ya que quiero adquirir en la preventa uno para Puebla y vivo en Xalapa; no puedo adquirirlo por internet porque no tengo tarjeta de crédito de Santander y pues para mi desgracia el único punto de venta de Super Boletos en Xalapa dejó de existir hace meses. He aquí los puntos que puedo destacar de la desangelada llamada que acabo de tener xD

En efecto, la preventa tanto para Puebla como para Monterrey empieza el lunes, a partir de las 10 de la mañana y hasta las 8 de la noche.
Por internet o por centro telefónico de atención (01 800 BOLETOS) SÓLO se podrán adquirir boletos si se cuenta con una tarjeta de crédito Santander.
Si no se cuenta con una tarjeta de CRÉDITO pero sí de DÉBITO de Santander, entonces podrán acudir a los puntos de venta en los diferentes y escasos puntos del país (http://www2.superboletos.com/wtweb/puntosdeventa.jsp) donde les harán válida la compra con una tarjeta de débito Santander.Como dato adicional, al parecer las preventas para ambos foros serán sólo por 2 días (así me comentaron en el Centro de Atención a Clientes), por lo que el miércoles próximo se abrirían las ventas al público en general.

Well, now I think I'm reading that the sale will start at 11:30am (pacific), that it is pre-sale via Banamex not Santander card, and maybe one will have to call 0 1800 Boletos (in Mexico of course) to get these pre-sale tickets.

By the way, if anyone really cares, check out ticketmaster.com.mx for the Guadalajara/Jalisco concert on the 20th. It looks like there's still ROJA tickets available - best section? ?? weird and crappy for Alizée, maybe good for you.

Camera's are generally not allowed at any concert any place.
A phonecam or a (small) compactcam will slip through easy and often tolerated, as long as you don't flash.

Just don't show up with a (D)SLR and a 200mm lens.;)

So, if anyone wants to see all the airports and hotels and concert halls I'm going to on Google Earth, import this file. I'm not really sure how to do that - probably just create a folder in your Google Earth my places called México and then use file open to open this file (attached). First, of course, you must remove the .txt from the end of this file as it is a Google Earth kmz file.

Here's an overlay file for the Mexico City metro and some other bus and train lines for Google Earth. Or actually, it points to where to get it on the internet. You should be able to just remove the .txt from the file and then double-click it if you have Google Earth and it will show a pretty overlay of the metro system. You can add or remove whatever lines or stops you want from the display - very handy. If you double click on the link for a stop in the places pane on the left, it will open a browser window to more information about that stop including connecting bus lines if any.

For these American fans, who have some safety concerns or do not want to stay in Mexico, here is my two cents of suggestion. Two year ago, I took my family for a vacation in the South Padre Island, Texas. It is very under developed but beautiful beach. The hotel rates were very reasonable in this island. My suggestion is that you can stay in South Padre Island for a vacation, but take one day off to drive to Monterrey, Mexico and see your dream girl.

I think this contributes to the temps:
Mexico City is at altitude (2250m or 7400 feet above sea level, or put another way, about one and-a-half miles up in the sky!)

But yeah, this surprised me when I found out also. ;)

hey guys !!!! im happy to tell u that it is no longer hot over here!!! ( or at least hasnt been for the past week) BUT it rains as if the sky is falling!!!! so make sure to bring raincoats and any clothes u might have for the rain :p
Aïiiiie! I know. It's crazy. Rain rain rain, go to Puebla it will be down right cold, then up to Monterrey and it will be hot - feels like 100F it says, but maybe still rainy.

It's windy here in Sacramento county, still nice and sunny. It's gets hot here, like 90s-100 (will go over a hundred at some point), but at least no rain. The weather is all over the place in Mexico. Bring sun block and rubber boots?

Hey guys !!!! well first of all could somebodu plisss tel me how to post a new thread plis? because i would like to start one about the promotions (is that how its said?) , anyway i herad about a new one froma a radio station where u had to complete 2 challenges and answer a few quistions and u would get: backstage pass a tme alone with her and preferent seats in her concert.

The challenges are fairly simple: taka a picture of yourself that has something to do with france, make a collage with all her pictures posters interviews etc....

The questions are: where an when was she born, what is the name of track #9 of her latest album, what does alizée means, how is her husband called.

I believe taht ANY TRUE fan of alizée can dothis right? too bad i heard about it only a few hours ago and u have to send everything by mail tomorow.

Debido a la gran demanda generada por el evento de Alizée en el Auditorio Nacional para el martes 17 de junio y miércoles 18 de junio de 2008 y con la intención de agilizar su entrada al evento, le invitamos a recoger su(s) boletos a la brevedad posible en cualquiera de nuestros Centros Ticketmaster autorizados para la entrega de boletos por Will Call con los siguientes requisitos:

1.- Tarjeta de crédito con la que hizo la compra.(IMPORTANTE: La tarjeta será planchada como comprobante de tarjeta presente, por lo tanto no se reciben tarjetas mini o sin embozar).
2.- Identificación oficial (únicamente credencial del IFE, cartilla, pasaporte o cédula profesional).
3.- Numero de confirmación entregada al momento de su compra.

You can run it through a translator. Pretty self-explanatory. Basically saying demand is really high for the Mexico City dates, so try to pick up your tickets as early as possible.

so why can't you just order online or call it in?he's talking about the need to physically pick up tickets that have already been ordered. Not all tickets allow one to print them out at home, which as I found out, even if it does, they may require all kinds of identification which really can obviate the benefit of printing out, especially if you order tickets for multiple people.

Well i guess i could come to your hotel... im not sure yet ill be on msn monday in the morning and also tuesday... Im 15 so i doubt my brother let me go around Mexico city all by myself..
Also ggin is staying in a hotel close to yours right Roman? in any case i can go to ur hotel would be cool if we could go and visit ggin. I also see Snatcher is in the same hotel u are in.
