Es un gusto en verdad poderles confirmar de manera Oficial "UNA EDICIÓN ESPECIAL DE PSYCHÉDÉLICES PARA MÉXICO, la cual contendra "La nueva versión de La Isla Bonita!!! Asi como mas material nuevo!!!

Aún se esta trabajando en todo esto y ya se andava rumorando sobre esta info, pero ya es oficial, asi que, una nueva edición especial para México esta en camino!!!

Well i went to all their ProgNation 08 dates, I was there at Budokan, some dates at Royal Albert Hall and Madison Square Garden back in the day, and a Paris outdoor concert in 05.

I loved the Prognation ones a lot, when Jordan Rudess and John Petrucci did like a 20 minute instrument duel between an Ernie Ball Music Man and a Zen Riffer Keytar, it was sooo epic.

Uh, that's of everything. I've only been to two Alizée concerts. Well, two days of Les Enfoirés that she was in. I really wish I had been at 11 concerts in 2003. The word really in that sentence really doesn't begin to mean anything in fact. It's too inadequate.

guys guess what!!!! alizee is doing a 2nd autograph session in cuicuilco on june 26 im getting there at about 6am so i can get 1 of the 300 bracelets they're giving to be able to get something autographed . it doesnt officially start till 4 pm but if it is any like the last one ill be bearly in time!!! though it seems this time tehre'll be at least 100 cops and guards from alizee and mix up .
wish me luck so i'l get there early enough to buy the psychedelices special edition cd+dvd and get the bracelet , hopefullt this time i'll actually be able to take a pic with her!!!! ( refering to my backstage experience) im also writing her a letter and i'll MAKE SURE to give i to her, is there anything u would like me to include in the letter¡? remember its on thursday so anyhing u want me to write in it u must say it by tomorrow (sorry for the short notice) hopefully there wont be AS MANY people this time because it hasn't been as advertised as the last one plus people here in mexico are starting to hate her.

Snob - someone with their nose up in the air, who thinks they are better than others. I don't know "mamona," but the word snob fits with what you described.

I hope some of that is not true - specifically the part about her asking that the restaurant be cleared. What sounds more likely would be for her security to ask that the restaurant be closed for security reasons.

We will never know what really happened, we're not going to get the truth from the photographers there, and if it really is the truth, how do we know if it really the truth when we keep thinking it is not the truth. Alizée could say, but I don't think it would be what you'd want to ask if you were to have a moment with her, considering the awkward persona of it. :D

hey guys
remember i said that if there were already a 100 people in cuicuilco i wouldnt go, well im afraid today when i passed cuicuilco there were about 10 camping tents and my parents are afraid something might happen me since just like a week ago or less 12 people got killed on a raid (redada) and dont like very much the idea of a 16 year old girl being among so many guys and alone ( though i wasnt gonna be alone i was gonna be acompannied by the guy i used to like and to whom i must thank for being an alizee fan,which was an extra benefir for being 10 hrs standing up jaja) and said there might be problems with controling so many people sooo i'll write the letter and everything and go in the morning and if i see im 1 of the 300 people to get the bracelet obviously i'll stay there but if im not i'll go home and maaaaybe go in the afternoon and try to just give her the letter.

hhhmmmm i highly doubt she'll remember me haha i mean she saw maaany people that day (about 60 fans plus the people in the concert plus the extras of the soap opera las tontas.... which was filmed that day and lated almost 3 hrs) so i think she'll still consider me as a stranger haha imagine if she considered every fan she ever saw as a friend w0o0ow she wouldhave miiiiilion of friends jaja

i'll tell u how it went IF i go.

Actually, I just came home from the first 4 concerts and 9 days in Mexico and everyone was very nice and helpful. And remember, they are Alizee fans. It couldn't hurt to try. Maybe someone from Alizee-Mexico would do it if you see them in line.

If you do give it to one of the fans, that fan could have a little bit of a trick card too, he can mention to Alizée he's giving her a letter from a girl that could not make it to the autograph signing, and albeit, make himself look like a nice guy to Alizée's eyes. :D

I have gone through lots of what you call, "Upsetting-Moments-In-Which-You-Almost-Met-Alizée-But-Didn't-So-HA!", so I have naturally cooled myself down through each time it has happened, take my advice and realize you are still young, and Alizée is still young, there will be plenty of more chances for you out there, there is always more than one chance for anything, and if you believe those fairy tales where there is one chance only for certain things, that stuff is bullcrap, there's always at least two chances...

So hopefully you will never have to experience an "Upsetting-Moments-In-Which-You-Almost-Met-Alizée-But-Didn't-So-HA!" again.

That is supremely crappy. Approaches the order of what happened to me. Sorry, Barrett, know you're trying to help, but not even Ravi could sooth that. I certainly got over missing Alizée to some degree, but when ever I've thought about it it's still sad. The experience at the concerts though were a great counter point. I will never experience meeting the Alizée that was in 2003; so, though I may meet and talk to her, we'll both be older and so it's different. Lillytown92, you may meet her not so long from now in which case it's about the same, but maybe you have missed a unique experience that can never be replaced. That's life. I feel the pain of it frequently, but in place of experiences we have missed, we must create new good experiences. That must be what those emotions are there to motivate us to do.

oooo no not at all i may think in a mature way but i certainly act childish from time to time and in thankful for that cause that remembers me im still a kid :) but at the same time have the benefits of thinking like an adult many times

I guess the cartoons just got old and droll, I don't know I think I knew what happened. I listened to Dream Theater's "Awake" album at seven, it didn't take long after that before I would be asking my mum, "Can you buy me a guitar, i'd like to learn myself?"

This thread is a dinosaur, but oh well...:p I got my "Psychédélices Mexican Tour Edition" today! To borrow a phrase from a certain fellow poster: WOOHOO! The new La Isla Bonita is so much better on the CD, her voice is like velvet and the other remixes are great too.

One problem though, the remix titled "Fifty Sixty-Datsu Remix" is actually "Mademoiselle Juliette." But I can live with that :) .
