I'm not sure that there's currently an official publicized address to which we can send fan mail. A better way would be to write a message on her MySpace profile page, which Alizée at one point said that she reads all the posts (she can't respond to them, of course, as she understandably doesn't have time).
You can write her a message here:
http://www.myspace.com/alizeeofficiel
Lots of people do that.

Also in this site:

Request to add you as her friend.
Don't how if Alizee reads all the daily messages from the site but I have seen some fans showing reply from her :D

before she signed with RCA, people were sending it to polydor/universal i think. so maybe one should send it to Sony BMG/RCA now?

For writing letters, especially to someone like Lily, you'd have to consider all angles of view. I am sure it would be awkward for Lily to be reading a letter with absolutely edgy writing and with a tone so serious and wordy that it almost seems like a business application. Yet, do not be too casual as to seem like an immature fan-boy who sees her as some pretty face and not a human being with flaws and the rest.
My advice for writing a nice and thoughtful fan letter, is bring yourself up to a level of casuality as if she was someone you already know, yet remain anonymous in the facts that you are still a collective fan.
Examples being:
[Too casual]: Hi Lily, I love you so much, you are so pretty, i'm from Maine and I...
[Too serious]: Dear Alizée, you have my respect as someone with great musical capabilities and talent....
[Right Level]: Hello Alizée, I just wanted to drop this letter your way and say how I absolutely enjoy your music, and I would like to say you have great talent and.....
The first example proved how the point was not clear, and that your vision as a fan was blurred by her as a physical person. The second example would make her feel uncomfortable, as you would be speaking in a tone that might sound like you have an extreme knowledge over the matter and you're being the head honcho. However the third example uses its use of friendly tone, yet the intellect to prove your letter is viable and that you are not plain imaginative about it.

Make sure you absolutely point out the positive comments you are to make about her in the letter, passively and not aggressively.
For example:
I love your new album, it is really a great piece of art, it has such a great diversity and I am sure people of all ears will find it enjoyable in their own way.
To point out constructive criticism, keep it short and sweet, mention it passively and if-only slightly, you want to maintain the fact that you are not trying to change her, but merely point out your critical opinion on her, but always maintain your positive tone and remind her that you are still her fan, and not her enemy in the world of Music.
For example:
I think your Psychedelices album is an absolute brilliant work, I do however do not take too much of a liking to (reason here) mostly because of the fact that it just doesn't click with me in a way as your other works have, but I am and will be a true fan, and I hope to see more music come from you in the future!
Another would be to make sure she ENJOYS the letter, keep it comedic, point out stuff, however don't write the letter like a smart@$$ and throw in odd comments like what Ben Stiller would write to Jack Black.
For Example:
I loved your outfit on your"Love is All" performance, it was stylish and it really showed your fun side, I have horrible sync with my appearance, I can put on the best clothes and look like plain joe :D, just goes to show how awesome you are!

Another question would be, are you writing it by hand? Or are you typing it. If you are indeed typing it, are you capable of using different fonts, perhaps to ease the efforts, you might want to type it in a more stylish font :p.
If you are indeed writing it by hand, then my advice is to NOT SCREW UP, because if you do :p.
Also try to include anything else you might want to include, pictures, representations, your mug shot (so she might know the face behind the words), or if you're artistic, paint/sketch something of her that shows your true appreciation.
If indeed you DO throw in a drawing or art piece of some sort, try to keep it as less sensual as possible, I think it'll weird her out as if you are a suitor to replace her Odysseus (which in this case, isn't much of an Odysseus :p)
I'm getting too far excited about your influence in writing this letter, I shall stop my nonsense now!

Thanks a lot for the tips Barrett,:D... no seriously :p:p
i will be typing the letter cuz my handwriting is pritty horrible:D
but ofc i really want this to be a real letter, and not some internett thingy ^^ cuz.. you know.. i personally find a letter more.. um.. real and honesty i guess
i really think she would like getting something original like a letter :)
and yeah :P if i could write it in french that would probably be a lot easier for her :D but then it gets a bit harder for me :rolleyes:
again thanks a lot :D

What adress will you put? Sony BMG-RCA?
Maybe the postal service of France could give us the adress of her place! Does the telephone list of France has the adress too? Maybe we could search her real adress on it, or ask for the mexican fans who visited her on Paris. I know it sounds weird and crazy, but I'm just trying to help our friend with some ideas that could worth it.
Man, If you get the adress of any place related to Lilly, please share with us! I will be very happy to send her a letter too!
Welcome to the Forum Kjartan!

Heh, sounds like a really sweet idea, that.
My band always keeps doing covers of her and it would be really lovely if there was any way to send them to her. :P

My band's progressive metal. Imagine the surprise of our crowd when we start performing 'Moi...Lolita" (and I'M the vocalist/guitarist), I have to ensure the crowd we are straight before doing so! :D
As for the actual letter being written, I just have to say TAKE YOUR TIME. Lily is not expecting this letter so you have all the time in the world, if you want, spend 2 minutes on a word just to perfect it :p
Although nobody wants to take that much time in doing something, but it's Lily here, so I think it's worth throwing some extra work to make it a tad-bit-tidy. :p:D:)

Well heh. That's almost the same problem with my band. We're electronic dance / alternative rock. I'd say we would have a harder time convincing we were straight if we performed Moi... Lolita. :P
Gotta agree that Singer / Guitarist is the way to go though. :p

I'm in a band too... I'm the bass man and the leader of the group. We play rock/hardcore and we can't play moi... lolita but maybe c'est trop tard it's a good choice!
And what about the letter? What adress will you choose? I wanna send one too but the adress is still a mystery.
If anyone has some information about it, share it with us! I was thinking about SonyBMG/RCA... What do you think guys?
Good luck with the letter. Hopefully, you get some type of response. ;)

Ho ho, tis a gathering! I'm trying to get a new vocalist so I can do more John Petrucci crap, but nobody is serious enough to sing zealously like me, nobody's a good frontman either, I can't find anyone with enough charisma and talent, which sucks cause I would really love doing more lead parts to add some extra melodic tone to our stuff.
Good luck with the fan letter, hope everything goes 'okey-dokey'! :D

I thought about doing this a while back and had the barrier of a lack of French, and lack of an address so I'm intrigued about your persuit of this. I'll see what I can find in terms of address. but I can promise nothing.
