No. She's just a fan. The photo from 2004 is taken when Laetitia first time met Alizée (I remember Emilie saying it back in 2004. Emilie is the one who got the photo from Laetitia).

Beside, the dancer on the DVD doesn't look like her anyways (not to me at least...).
