While certainly not applying to everyone here, we'd like address a
certain issue that has disheartened us. There have been murmurs of
discontent from both sides about having another website on our Alizée
banner for Paris. If we American fans, a niche group to say the least,
can't even get along with each other, then we don't really deserve the
attention that a project like this is meant to draw. It would be very
disappointing if we can't realize that far more unites than divides us.

Most of this stems from personal chatroom arguments that have been
allowed to fester into a perceived rivalry between Alizée America and
Lilly Town USA. We, the staff of both sites, can’t state strongly
enough that no such conflict exists.

We all believe that Alizée’s American fans are best served by having a
variety of communities and websites to choose from, and we don’t
consider fellow sites to be stepping on our toes. On the contrary, we
try to help each other out as much as possible in support of the
common goal of promoting Alizée here in the United States and Canada,
something that can't be achieved if we fight amongst ourselves.

To that end, we encourage everyone to visit both sites and choose
which, if either, is right for them. Many choose booth. In fact, much
of our staff is the same. Thus, while of course we cannot dictate
individual opinion, we expect the members of each community to respect
the other as a whole.
