Ogre, you are right, that is an awesome video and it deserves a translation.

Here is the written part on the early portion of the clip:

I just realized what makes this video so special. The selected scenes each highlight some of the beautiful mannerisms unique to Alizée. Those little things (often very subtle) she does that make you go..."whoa". Stringing several of those together back to back, with some very nice associative and properly choreographed music just sort of makes you go.."whoa...whoa...whoa...whoa...".
