I apologize for the delay, but this year's cake photos are now up. The artistry on this cake was artisted by my adorable girlfriend. Some of you will notice an incredible advancement in quality for the pictures this year as well. 364 days until the next birthday!

She does. Unfortunately, the party that day was limited to an exhausting day at work, a trip to the city to spend some cash, and the cake didn't get started until eight or nine o'clock.

I'm extremely pleased with the way the writing turned out. RadioactiveGirl was nervous enough to make me leave the kitchen while she wrote it, but it came out just lovely. I've got a couple ideas floating around my head for next year, but we'll see how things go.

I waited for this thread to appear yesterday, but as the day wore on I got more and more distressed. It was like the very fabric of the universe was slowly warping and twisting out of balance. But then I see it here today ! Ahhh.....now all is right with the world...:)

WOO! Like Lefty says, I was actually feeling really let down when yesterday drew to a close and we hadn't seen a cake yet. I was worried you'd forgotten, or something.

there is an accent on the e, it was just hard to make it on there, because the icing was being a tool..so there is one, you just cant see it in the picture. sorry for the confusion!

i always keep the frig well stocked with fruits and vegetables that i do not have to cook. as for the meat, i leave that up to my roommates or go with drive-thru. ha ha.
