Stranded on an island with Alizee

There you are just the two of you all alone on a deserted island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean after a plane crash left you two as the only survivors.

You can take five things with you on this fantansy I created. What would those five things be? For me it would be...

1. Matches to build fires
2. Wine
3. Fishing pole
4. Laptop computer so both of us can surf the net and eventually get help
5. Video camera to record the experience, i would beg her to sing all her songs for me.

A bic lighter, matches weren't any of you in boy scouts? Some dry pieces of wood and a piece of rope is all you need to start fires. I would bring:
1. water purifier
2. food
3. a good knife
4. compass
5. sketchbook & media, why because I want to have fun too and don't play the guitar:D, but a blanket would be choice 6. Guess we'll just have to cuddle together to keep warm;)

That's right, real men don't need matches! We make our own fire. And the blanket isn't to keep warm...it's to keep the sand off us. ;)

Real men also catch their on food, but it's good do have a supply while you get your shelter set up and get a lay of the land, like the water purification. And a pot is real handy but you were in a plane MacGyver a pot from some scrap piece of aluminum.:)

Edit:Oops, didn't even notice it was with Alizee, you guys got me all excited for nothing:p Thanks bt_bird. In that case give me a Sat phone, GPS locator, and some Emergency flares, to go with my food and water.:)

I think it would be alot of fun trying to communicate with her hardly knowing her language. This way it would force me to learn French really fast, and vice versa.

If she told me to close my eyes in French, i would recognize that right away from her Fun TV interview. If she got angry with me, im sure i would not recognize any words coming outta her mouth. Her facial expressions I would understand though, lol

Well, through time on this island I invented a power source for my electronics by installing small solar panels on the items and getting my energy from the sun, no need for plugs:)

1. AK-47 most reliable gun in the world- to shoot animals and hunt
2. ONE blanket *cough* *cough*-reason...you know why
3. Lots of ammo for the ak-47- wouldn't need a fishing pole just blast the water and kill the fish
4. Knife-cutting stuff up and making a shelter
5. water filter- so we can drink water and not get sick and die.

That would work except for one thing. Stuff from crappy tire is almost always defective and you have to return everything a few times before you get a working one. So bring your reciept and pray theres a canadian tire on the island :P

Tarps are square or rectangular sheets of waterproof material that can be used to protect things from the weather. They can be used to create a makeshift tent. They are very handy to have. They have holes on the edges so they can be tied down. I use them for camping and for covering things that I store outside in the winter.
