Is anyone else's mind completely blown by Lili playing the synth? I don't know why exactly, I appreciate that it shouldn't be that big a deal, but for me it was the crowning moment of awesomeness in all this..

I think in her MSN chat some years back she said she wanted to learn to play the keyboard (piano then) and the fan with whom she spoke offered to tutor. It makes sense to me that a (retired?) dancer would be inclined to learn to play a musical instrument, more than someone who is only a singer and video director.

Thanks for collecting all the photos and videos, Sir Wood. I missed all the excitement while I was at work, and it was awesome to be able to find everything in one place without hunting around for it.

I have to admit, when I first heard the samples from this album, one of the first thoughts I had was "Man, how is she going to perform these live?!" But I thought she actually pulled if off admirably. The backing vocal track on Les Collines was a little heavier than I would have liked (but then, it's that kind of song), but otherwise they sounded pretty decent live.

I haven't seen any reference to it here, but a few of us were going back and forth about this on Twitter earlier: Is anyone else's mind completely blown by Lili playing the synth? I don't know why exactly, I appreciate that it shouldn't be that big a deal, but for me it was the crowning moment of awesomeness in all this.

Huge thanks again to everyone who took, posted and shared vids and pics. Much obliged.

So many of the things we mentioned about communication and use of the internet, and making stuff as available as possible to all countries, she and her team have done, and quite well I might add. And that goes for many of the other weak spots people have pointed out it the past. She is really evolving and improving as an artist. She has much to be proud about. My hat's off to her. :)

I remember making a wild prediction in the pre-Psych days that she would walk out on stage playing guitar on one song. You know, just something with a few simple chords. Man, was I off base. But I had the right idea, just the wrong album and the wrong time. Now I feel a bit vindicated.

It wouldn't surprise me that as Alizée's career progresses on into the future, we will see her do more things like this. I hope to see her try her hand at writing some lyrics or developing some melodies. Maybe some day we will see her as a co-author of some of her songs. I also wouldn't be surprised if she has already been doing this in private, but doesn't feel secure enough yet to do it for the public.

A new report about Alizée in which she has been referred to as Alizée 2.0 , an upgraded version of Alizée.

Few things that were mentioned in the article:

Musik Please was present at the event of the party oraganised by Alizée and may people wanted to know what's there in Alizée 2.0

We heard a lot about beauty in the past and it has been speculated that her collaboration with the electro-pop group will change her style by 360 degrees and it could change her Lolita image given by Mylene Farmer.

Alizée remains the same as before but now with modern twist of her cleverness.

She is occupied by Synths and laptops. She is new girly icon like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. She is already a superstar in Mexico, there is every chance that France has a new representative in form of new Alizée.
