Beltran is the biggest jerk in the world. How in the world do you stand there like a zombie and take the 3rd strike!!! Game SEVEN bottom of 9th on an 0-2 count!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was shocked, stunned as to WHY he just stood there and froze. I really think Beltran choked! I really do

Those curves WainWright threw to those lefties in the ninth were just sick. You can't blame them for not swinging at that. A big looping 12 to 6 curve in those counts you just can't swing at. Gotta credit the pitcher instead of blaming the hitter in that situation. ;(

really.. i think i was drink last night but i think i remember someone telling me the mets won. anyway im not really a big sports fan

Youpidoo! Cardinals won and Mets lost. But why are you sad? Cardinals are a really good team and challenge for the title. I have never heard Mets do that.

And why am I sad? My favorite baseball team lost... Seems kind of self-explanatory.

Wainwright had nasty stuff last night. Just nasty. I agree Beltran should have swung, but he likely would have missed anyway.
