I'm new here ..I come from germany ..so my english is very bad i guess ... but i try :D

Lol yes, the name of that gif is "Flying Lili", and it was done mostly as a joke. It's fun to watch what each person in the background is doing too. :)

Some others are flying too (but shhh). At least the first on the left seems to. You only see half of him but still see his two feet.
