I don't know where to post this...

I called my local radio station (Antenne MV) yesterday to request something Alizéeish... sadly they only had "Moi.. Lolita" and "J'en ai marre" nothing more current.. well today it was aired...

It isn't "Les Collines" but it was good to listen to her at the radio... it's ages ago that this has happened...

here's a translation of what I've said if someone is interested... I'm sorry I was pretty nervous and perplex that it worked so I forgot to say sth about the new album...

but if just one person reminds her because of that I'm happy...

And here's Jenny from Rostock.
Jenny you are wishing for J'en ai marre by Alizée - what are you doing now?
me:
I just came back from work.
mod:
What are you working?
me:
I work at an office. In a law firm.
mod:
So you have to solve difficult cases?
me:
yeah, like that.
mod:
And now you need nice music to relax?
me:
yeah.
mod:
And why Alizée?
me:
Because I'm a big Alizée fan for 7 years right now and I love it so much and even it's an older song it's still beautiful and I would be happy if Alizée would be a bit more famous in Germany once more but...
mod:
perhaps this will happen one day.
me:
yeah... I hope so...
mod:
so now for you "J'en ai marre"
me:
yeah.
mod:
Would you like to send regards to someone?
me:
yeah I would like to greet Christian from Lohme he's listening right now and he will be happy about the song too... (it's Alizée@Rügen)^^
mod:
that very good, then we killed two birds with one stone.
me:
ok nice.
mod:
ok bye Jenny.
me:
yeah bye.

I just don't get it why youtube blocked this video in Germany too... I uploaded the audio also to my blog if you would like to listen: http://alizeegermany.tumblr.com/post/1174060011/wie-man-einen-alizee-fan-glucklich-macht-die

That's great HR087! I wish they would play at least some of her old songs on the radio, here in the US.:(
By the way, this was the first time in a long time that I listened to JEAM by itself (without the video), and I just couldn't help but picture Alizée dancing throughout the whole song.

Wish I could do that with the radio stations here... Maybe one day ...

Sucks that they don't have any newer Alizée but it's good that they will still play something of hers on the radio.

And good job getting her played on the radio for many to hear :)

Very nice HRO!!! Man I have never heard of someone actually getting through to suggest a song to a radio station before. It is very rare in my area for that to happen since so many people listen to the radio and call in.

jaja, I see what you're trying to say but in English, "die" means "sterben" in German. just wanted to point that out

well if he means "to die" you are right..

but "Die Jenny" could also mean (and I guess this is the right meaning) "The Jenny (like in "she's the one")" ;)

Very well tried effort. You should try again for some other Alizée songs also.

well apart from JEAM they only had "Moi.. Lolia" and calling twice would be a bit odd... and I guess they would notice :D

Merci Alizée

Then maybe someone else has to do it and you know whose turn is it this time. ;)

That is wonderful you can do that in Germany. Alizee never had even one hit here in the United States, so I can't do that. :(

I love this bulliten board more and more. So many dedicated fans!

Great job Jenny. You did what we all try to do here in the USA, and got her played on the air! Bravo
