Normally, I hate fixed width websites. But like I said a while back, for some reason it just feels right for Alizee .. lol

I just wanted to see how annoying the fixed width is for everyone. So far, it looks like most everyone loves Lili :wub:

I like the width, but I'm willing to go through some experimentations. Gotta keep the avatars on top of the posts though, I've learned to love it. :blink:

While normally I like forums to be as wide as my page, so things fit well, I think the current size is quite nice and fits the style of the page.

And I think it would be better to have wider layout. Or even totally dynamic. This is too narrow. You'll notice it especially when posting a pic. 1000px should close to minimum nowadays.

Tho, it's not really a problem, since you can override it with custom css anyways. Like I have heavily customized AF theme for myself. :) (for some visual aid: http://www.alizee-forum.com/ptopic,691133.html#691133 )

I had custom layout for this board too but it went broken little while ago when I messed up my css files, so I gotta redo it.

Actually, RMJ, I would consider Lili proof of just the opposite – that size doesn’t matter. After all, as someone has said in another thread, “She’s tiny!” Yet, that tiny frame houses a HUGE talent. Would you not agree that Alizee’s magnificence is not in any way diminished by her small stature? Nor, on the other hand, is her greatness a result of her small size. (Do I even have to argue that point?) So, it would seem that Alizee’s greatness is unaffected by her size … in other words, size doesn’t matter.

(Sorry, I know this is off topic and pretty much pointless.)

In any case, I initially made that remark half in jest. Only half in jest b’cuz I did intend it to express my opinion that the width of this forum is not a matter of great consequence: the current size is fine, but I don’t mind if Brad wants to experiment with it.
