This thread is the place folks interested in this gig can meet in advance online. Please post here if you plan or aspire to attend, if you can help with lodging, transport or other logistics, etc.

Be sure to buy (http://www.alizeestore.com/) and wear Alizée clothing if you attend - if only to hook up with other Corsican fairy fans, LOL! If you have a video iPod or similar gadget (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_portable_media_players), why not load it with some Alizée videos and put it in your pocket in case Alizée comes up in conversation? And who knows? Maybe you can get your UEdS album signed!

Anyone else planning to attend? I'll be going straight from work, and probably hanging out by the pinball machines at Amsterdam Billiards (http://amsterdambilliardclub.com/) across the street prior to the show.

...this is the first video I have ever seen with Alizee and Jeremy in it together...

...

Yeah, and what's cool is the show took place live in New York and Alizée and Jeremy were there in the audience.

Yes, Alizée visits NYC now and then! Maybe soon?

So the gig was canceled. Guy at the door said it was something to do with the band's visas. Don't know if this will affect other dates on the tour.

Did there seem to be a good turnout?

Don't know, I didn't go inside. Also they had booked a replacement band and opening act, so I don't know who people were there for.

Thanks Ben.

If they had time to book a replacment it sounds like it was possibly more than a visa issue. :)

The tour is STILL GOING STRONG. Follow it on CM's Facebook wall (http://www.facebook.com/chateaumarmont?sk=wall). They just said thanks to their audience at the Montreal show.

Here is a message to AAm from Matthieu Couturier, general manager of Chateau Marmont:
