Someday... Corse, the Island of my Dreams

I wrote and recorded a song about wanting to go to Corsica someday, and wanted to make a video for it. Through his great generosity, Scruffy shared with me his photos and videos from his recent vacation in Corsica. I added a few stock photos and a few Alizée clips to complete the video and this is the result. I hope people find it enjoyable.

What got me thinking of vacationing on Corsica wasn't Alizée, it was her fathers photographs of the island. Once you go through a few hundred of his pictures over the years you come to understand the unbelievable beauty of this island.

I agree that Jo's photos have been a huge inspiration as well to me. As a matter of fact, I did a whole album's worth of instrumental music dedicated to his photos, so I haven't forgotten him. :)

Thanks, Lappy ! I have a modest studio in my house. I do mostly solo work, like this song, where I record all the parts myself. I also produce a few other artists that are friends of mine. And I occasionally do instrumental work for outdoor videos.

And yes, you are welcome to use the song as long as it's for promoting Alizée. I don't know if the fans at ali-france will like it, but I'd be happy to have you share it with them if you think they would enjoy it. They have a wonderful site over there. :)
