This is something I stumbled across while searching for something else and thought those who hadn't seen it, might get a kick out of it.

I've seen a shortened Youtube video of this woman performing J'en ai marre, but I never realized she was a Mexican reporter who was challenged to do it. She also wore the costume when she went to do some interviews outside one of the concert halls. There are some good pictures of the concert goers at this link on MF international.

"Tábata Jalil Fernandez is a Mexican reporter for the spanish program Venga La Alegria. She performed Alizée's "J'en Ai Marre" dance after being challenged to do so in a section of this program titled No Es Lo Mismo Pero Es Igual (It's Not The Same But It's Similar). She was 29 at the time and about 6 meters shorter then Alizée 1.54 m (5'), but with a slightly fuller figure at 91-63-92 cm (35-24-36"). She also greeted and interviewed Alizée fans in her "J'en Ai Marre" outfit during Alizée's tour in Mexico. That's what I call a very good reporter and fan "

Alizée makes that dance routine look so easy when it is no cake walk for some one to perform. That reporter put in a few hours of practice when Alizée had a professional choreographer working with her three or four days a week for a couple of weeks.

I think she did pretty well considering the limited time she had to prepare.

Alizée back in 2003 had a whole lot of practice and coaching to get the timing down and make it look so easy and smooth.

Well as my post said I had seen the abbreviated video before, but I never saw the explanation behind it or the other pictures and I thought there might be some (not all) members who might be interested in seeing them.

As far as how well she did, well some parts weren't bad, others were kind of laughable but it's got to be a terribly difficult dance to do well and just doing it as part of a challenge, some one like her has probably much better things to do than to put as much time as it would take to be proficient at the JAM dance.
