Hello everyone! I came across several stereogram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stereogram) threads around the internet, and I decided to make some stereograms from old Alizée clips myself. Please read the ReadMe.txt file included with the download, as it will give the answer to the most basic questions, and it will inform you about other important things.
What is a stereogram?
A stereogram is an illusion that tricks your brain into thinking it is a 3d image. For tutorials, see below.
Pictures work best on a screen with a mimimal size of 841 x 768. Feedback is appreciated :cheesy:

Creating one in photoshop isn't the hard part, it takes around 15 minutes to create one. The hardest part is to find a video where she is not moving, and the camera is moving around her. I sometimes had to photoshop some parts out of the pictures, because they would distort the 3d effect. Here's an example.

Note: The quality is inferior, and this is not an actual stereogram.

Wow. Well, it was an impromptu photoshoot. Later this afternoon I'll set up a better scene and then I'll email the pictures. They'll be 1920x1080. Looks like that is the only setting.

Feel free to add it to the file if you like. Maybe wait to see how the next set looks. I don't need credit for that one.

Are you kidding, the sets look great :D
It also provides some variation, which is always good.

I will add the stereograms in the future downloads, together with a few new ones I am currently working on. It's just really hard to find good fragments.

Hello folks!

I made 6 new stereograms and added them to the download file.
You can download the newest version here (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/gwdi79ntueefkxo/VnT1d6C1ok), or you can open your Check Version file from your previous download.

I would like to remind you about the "Version Check" feature, it allows you to check if your stereograms are up-to-date. Just open it, and the website will tell you if you have the latest version.

Also, please read the ReadMe.txt file, as it will answer the most basic questions.

Here is an indicator that will show you when the website is down for maintenance. Red = offline for maintenance; Green = should be working; no image = server down / dead link.

PS: Caching may compromise accuracy.

Swagboy was right - finding the right images is time consuming. But I've put some time in and found some which I've sent to him for him to do his magic on. This is one that he's already completed from my efforts. Others will be included in one of his future download updates. Thanks again swagboy!

No, thank you Ray for the amazing frames you provided! They turned out really well!

I found a 3 pack of the paper 3D glasses for 35 cents on Amazon. They just arrived so I can view Bigdan's anaglyph. It really looks great Bigdan!

The link above to download the stereograms still works but if at some point it doesn't work the files are on the hub and I have a copy as well that I could post somewhere. Please let me know if that link dies and you'd like to get the files.

If anyone is interested in trying their hand at making some themselves let me know and I'll try to help. I haven't been working on them in quite some time. The way recent programs are produced with the 'video' backgrounds has made it quite difficult to find suitable frames.
