I did the same except was at 52% and put in 6 votes afterward. All I know is that it enables you to vote again. Whether it counts it or not...I'm not sure.

According to Alizée's tweet she'll be played at 3:00 AM EST and 5:00 AM EST on Saturday, but when I go on RTL's times (http://www.rtl.fr/grille-des-programmes/15-12-2012), it shows that Stop ou Encore only plays at 3:30AM EST on Saturday and Sunday.

So if you want to possibly hear her, reccomend tuning in at all times listed above!
