What is your favorite Alizée song?(Part 2)

I know we've had one of these already, but peoples' tastes are allowed to change and we have new members... and I simply felt we could use a new one. Multiple selections are allowed, but please try to keep it at 2 at the most.

My favorite is Toc de mac, but "favorite" is a pretty loose description since they're all so great.

A harder question would be "what's your least favorite Alizée song" as I don't know that I have one. Only other artist I can say that about is Tool...which is good company if you ask me. ;)~

I believe she said that ACC was her favourite song off of Mes Courants Electriques. Don't know if that was including all her songs or just that album as it was during an interview from when that album was being promoted. But I don't know about Alizée's absolute favourite song, it might not even be one of hers...

And what is the problem with Mon Maquis? It wasn't at first but has become one of my favourite songs off of the Gourmandises album.

Hey, Ma prière, the Axel Red cover from Graines de star, is missing from the list. I know it's not an official song but neither are Il jouait du piano debout, La Isla Bonita, and Ella, Elle l'a. I wasn't planning on voting for it but just in case someone wanted to and there is a part three for this topic, but by the time we need to do that the new stuff will be out (gotta keep a positve attitude :)).

It's too hard to choose- almost every Alizée song has been my favorite at one point or another, they have been alternating

Ah, yes, that makes sense. One thing that struck me when I first looked at the poll results was the fact that every song has at least one vote. But if someone voted for all of them, then it's not so remarkable, after all.

For myself, I had to vote for two -- hard enough to narrow it down to that: Moi ... Lolita and JBG. I've been listening to Gourmandises a lot lately, but that may change as I just received my back-ordered Asian version of MCE from Amazon.com ... :)

For me it was J'ai Pas Vingt Ans, pretty clearly. It's kinda of a first love phenomenon. A J'ai Pas Vingt Ans compilation was the first time I ever saw/heard Alizee... there's nothing like the first time you hear her voice, see those eyes and smile, and the way she moves. Even if other songs are "better," it's the first time that gets burned into your heart and mind. Also, I enjoy its choreography the most. Although J'en Ai Marre might have it beat for raw sex appeal, I think it's the J'ai Pas Vingt Ans dance, outfit(s), hair, and music that transform her (even more than usual) into the most beautiful thing on the entire planet. Also, I think its the ultimate fanboy/girl (whatever the age) dream to be holding Alizee's hand as she stands inches from you singing into your eyes as was portrated in the Stars a Domicille 2003 episode in which she also performs J'ai Pas Vingt Ans... so there's a strong connection there, too, for me. Anyways, fanboy gushing rant over... but hey, what are we here for?
