Alizée appeared on French television this afternoon. The program was recorded November 7.

She sang a duet with someone a song from the movie Aladdin "Ce rêve bleu" and also with Aldebert she sang "Mon petit doigt m'a dit" from "Enfantillages2."
There was some short interview/discussions but I don't know what they were saying.
The 1080 HD videos are already on the hub or you can find some links from Firstseb at Alizée-France forum or I'm sure they will be re-posted at Alizée-Forum.
A few youtube links, while they last...

Hmm, I learned to play a basic version of Ce rêve bleu (A Whole New World in the English version) on an app a few years ago, listening to that made me want go back and see if it comes back to me :D

Another appearance. This is such a great period. Thanks for posting Ray and Fall.
Here's a question I guess only someone like Bigdan, Lapinschous or someone from France can answer. For years, we've heard people say she was a forgotten star in France. Has she again reached the status of what we in America at least, call a houselhold name?

Nice post Ray, I saw these two clips on Facebook, late last night and planned on posting them, glad you beat me to it :). I didn't pay much attention to the songs at first, and then, magically- I couldn't stop listening to them (that's why I didn't post them- lol!)

Interesting. That 2nd video: "Mon petit doigt m'a dit" is one of the most confident singing performances I've seen her do since the En Concert video.
Psychealizée is reporting, Record d'audience pour "Les chansons d'abord" : 1.548.000

Apparently it will be on TV5 Monde on “Sunday December 29th at 11:27" now I have no idea what time that will really be for each timezone, but if you have that channel I suggest you look for that show on the Guide or something so you can (re)watch :)

Article about the show.... It mentions (As ALS posted previously) the numbers of viewers the show had. I think they attributing the record audience to Alizée's appearance on the show.

They mention the promotion of 'We Love Disney' which is an album of songs from Disney things interpreted by French singers. In the album, Joyce Jonathan performs "Ce reve bleu" which Alizée sang parts of on the show.
Available from Amazon.fr (But no Alizée on it!)

Thanks Karin!
It turns out that's a screencap from the TV5 Monde app which is free on the Play Store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.playsoft.android.tv5mondev2&hl=en) at least. It lets you download the programming list for the next 7 days. I checked the time and set an alarm. :)
Was anyone else able to watch the show on TV5 today?
It was shorter than I thought (though I missed a bit at the beginning I think), and her participation was shorter still. But I did get to watch her get up to sing both songs, and the short interview after each one. With DALS and the Tour De France thing I've watched live streams before but I never saw that Mexican telenovela episode with her in it, so this is I believe, the first time I've ever seen Alizée on TV for real. :omg:

Wow, that must have been great! I only saw the last minute of a show she was on on tv once. I haven't been able to hear the 'other' song yet though. :(

Which tv show was that? And you mean Ce Rêve Bleu?
Yeah it was great, I got my camera out to record some :D
Not the actual show, download links were posted already, but to record my tv with Alizée on it

Uh, oh. I got my shows mixed up. :o
I still haven't seen the 'other' song from the Line Renaud show.
And I took this picture of the TV when she was on it. I don't remember what show that was, but it was just ending when I turned the TV on. It was just before 18h on the night before the Fnac thing.

Well , I'm glad you asked, because since Alizée's victory in the DALS final , some of my friends who used to mock me for being such a huge fan of her , started to ask me for video files of the show that I downloaded... ^^
But on the scale of the country, I think the media coverage over her career has increased dramatically and the nature of this coverage also changed in lots of positive ways! She's no longer the attention seeking has-been lolita, but a talented artist in various domains :)

Nice! Although it must not have seemed so big since you were going to actually meet her the following day! Great plus though :D

It's a huge relief to read that. Usually it's only the first half of that last sentence. There was a show some time ago where a presenter and a cameraman went out on the street asking what they think of when they hear "Alizée," most if not all of them answering "Lolita." I'd like to see another poll like that today :)

So far I've only seen Alizee once on TV. It was Chabada: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4L0p5HBlaHY
Quite a different experience than watching videos on PC or live streaming. Great experience.

Indeed it is! And yup that's the program I was talking about. I would like to see the results of a poll like that taken this month, after all the LE and DALS shows. I bet it would be a different story :)
