'Blonde' is nominated by TF1 to the title of 'Song of the Year'. Recording of the show where every singer will perform his song will be held in Le Zénith de Paris on June 10. The transsmision on TF1 is planned on June 14.
Saturday, June 14, we will know what French song receive the title of "Song of the Year" for the 2013-2014 season. An evening to follow Saturday, June 14 from 8:55 p.m. on TF1: now choose one that will be be the Chosen from the list of 22 films in competition, 22 titles that will be interpreted on the stage of Zenith Paris, with Nikos to the wand!

Btw, I had a kinda dilemma too for a few other nominated songs are better than "Blonde". But I voted for it because announced songs from the sixth album seem promising and I want people to finally remember Alizée.

According to @alextrovato, the performance of Blonde was recorded yesterday. There were 5 dancers and 3 musicians, so we probably gonna get the choreography from the clip.

too bad that they can't even record a "live version" of the song... it was obviously playback but well we are used to that...

The performance was pretty good tho, not so sure about the extensions or what ever it was, she reminded me a bit of Britney even if she looked much better. And the outfit was better than the one at the Kiss FM concert.

Saturday night on TF1 is a good place to be if you want to be seen in France. I suppose the ratings will be out in the morning.

The show was well done and entertaining. Anyone who watched it to end to see who won (Mae) will have seen Alizée perform and hear that her new album will be out in a week.

Hopefully her DALS audience won't be confused by her different appearance from 7 months ago. I think the look and the song and album title could stick in their minds, for better or for worse.

I was able to watch this replay in the US! Selecting 'HD' in the player gives you 1280x720 video. The show is divided into 4 parts. Alizée performs Blonde in the last part, which is also the shortest segment. (446 MB)

BTW, her performance was an abbreviated one, not the full song.

Good tweaks:
- Hair extensions (she looks good with longer hair, and I have always liked her in a ponytail).
- Slightly better outfit (skirt is still too long for her size).
- Improved dance routine.

Also, she looked really happy to be there. :)

I think she looked much better than she did in some of her recent appearances and the dancing was good. You'd think it would be great promotion for her to show up "live" at an event like this, but I'm guessing with the release of the album so near, they didn't have time for that.
