I haven't followed MF's career of late. I know she had one album after the separation of her and Alizée. Has she had more? If she has, I don't think there's a need to ask if they've done well.

Yes I had heard she was working on an album with Sting. Does that mean she's completely done with Laurant or maybe he's calling quits after all they're no spring chickens. Is that what she means by a gift to herself?

It's kind of funny but Laurent played a huge part in Mylene's success and there's so much available on the web on her, but hardly a thing on him so it's easy to find our what she's doing, but impossible to find out what he's up to. I did a search for him and the first four hits were either for a video I made about his music or for posts by me in the forum. I made the video to show how enjoyable it was to just listen to his music even when Alizée wasn't singing.

I read the same thing last week, but I don't remember where. Also they say she is also releasing the album in the USA with Interscope Records.

Both. You can hear Mylene sing in french in it.
when you say that "2 artists can together, but that doesn't mean they're crazy about each other", you maybe talk about some Duo made up by Music companies. Nobody say to Mylène waht she have to do. If you work with her, its because she choose you.

I hadn't seen a recent picture of Sting in years and I just looked him up tonight. I had no idea that was him in the first post. I would've never had guessed that was him. When did he grow the beard? I thought it was Laurent. That's why I couldn't understand the gift to herself. I have to get out more often.

It'd be great if this song was a hit in the U.S.. That might lead to an article on Mylene which might mention Alizée. Pipe dream for sure, but I'm always reaching.

The video has close to 2 million views on Youtube already.

It's definitely interesting, not a bad album but I'd have to say that it's my least favorite so far. :( There are some good songs, but it seems way too bland. If anyone wants, shoot me a message.

She does seem to be much more conservative in general being with him. She needs to stop wearing those horrible dog shirts, though. I know she's probably getting them for free but damn, those are so ugly.

Mylene Farmer and Sting will sing their new song "Stolen Car" on the tonight show. The thing that mainly excites me about this is it raises a possible promotional chance for Alizée. If we can find some contact info for the show, wouldn't hurt to send a few letters in. Chances are still incredibly slim for anything to happen, but they're a lot better with Mylene being on this show.

I watched clips from the show through Facebook at work, then I watched the whole show when I got home, but to be honest, it was some what of a waste because of Jimmy Fallon.

I'm a big fan of his as a comedian, but he doesn't know when to stop with the jokes. I remember one time he had Bill Cosby before all the recent controversy erupted and every time Bill Cosby started to say something, Fallon would jump in and you never got to hear what the very funny Cosby had to say.

That was true tonight. He just doesn't quit and as a result, we got to learn very little about MF. This is according to Wikipedia, a talk show, but it's not, it's a comedy show that you get tired of very quickly.
