Dolores O'Riordan lead singer of the Cranberries passed away at 46. She was in London for a recording session so it looks like it was very unexpected.

Here's a news report, part of which Dolores tells of how she had moved to Ontario (She's originally from Ireland) to get away from the troubles in her life and with the band.

I love her voice and I love their music. They are a permanent fixture on the iPod I take to the gym with me.

I stumbled across this live video of Zombie and I remembered this thread. I got a bit nostalgic about my concert-going days. The crowd in this video is amazing.. and not one person holding a phone above their head!
