Maybe the last one was too hard.

During this decade, Calfornia had Alligator Farms where you can spend some quality time with your favorite reptiles.

Bring the family, but leave infants and dogs at home. :)

All three ladies have similar hair styles and I think those go back to the 40s.

I had missed your second question. That's 70s. It's an English group and the first letter of a 2 part name is 'B' in case anyone else is still trying to solve it.

The picture was taken in 1920. Notice the guy has a pole in his hand "just in case" :)

Interesting clues with this picture. You have the video screens. Tvs weren't invented until the late 20s, so I think it had to be after that. You also have a monowing airplane which were rare until the 30s. But those mouth pieces for the phones look ancient, so I'll have to say this came along about the same time tv and monoplanes came along, in the 30s range I'm guessing.

This guy was the inventor of the game of basketball (James Naismith). He invented the game in 1891 to keep athletes in shape during winters.

In the picture below, he is introducing the game to his wife. Don't laugh, a year later she won a slam dunk contest with a perfect double clutch dunk! ;)

What decade was this picture taken? Clue: he died in 1939 at the age of 78.

I'm mad this one has me stumped. Going by Scruffy's clues I can only think of Bad Company, but I don't think that's right.

The car... hmm.. :13: Looks a little like a Duesenberg.

But the cloche hat is something that reminds me of the 1920's, so that would be my decade.

My exact year guess is 1928. :nervous:
