Anyone know where this was taken? He looks around 9-12 years old here so would've been taken around the mid to late 90s. Nice looking photo!

:))) I saw this one early this morning. Unfortunately I had a mouth full of coffee. I'm lucky the coffee did not end up getting sprayed all over my monitor. It made for a good laugh!
