It reminds me of Vitiligo. I'm not saying that's what it is, but I thought of it because one of the Vikings coaches has it (Karl Dunbar). Unfortunately, he has it all over his face.

the white marks on her chest seem too regular in shape to be Vitiligo... at least for me [I'm not a doctor!]

Vitiligo can make the strangest shapes on your body. I have a perfect arrow and a heart shaped spots on my hip :13:

I'm a medical student and this is not vitiligo . Might be voluntary tan spots, might be skin burn , or any dermatological imperfection i dunno, but vitiligo doesn't make smooth spots like that

I agree, I don't think it's vitiligo. For those who don't know what that is, here's a video of a girl talking about her condition, you can see several pictures of her with the lighter spots on her skin. She also talks about Michael Jackson and how he was the only other person she knew who had it.
