I agree.

Just when she had earned their support based on who she was, she switched to something very different.

In addition, she chose the wrong color of blonde. :D

I stumbled across this interview video today. It's a very high quality video.

The description translates to this by Google:

Alizée in interview for the film Tink and the Legendary Creature, in which she doubles the voice of Fairy Nyx.

Obviously "Tink" should be Tinkerbell.

I had to do some research on this cartoon movie. There is an English version put out by Disney, but the credits do not include Alizee, so there must have been a French version.

First I needed to know what Fairy Nyx looked like.

Then I found this video which shows some scenes of the movie. Apparently Lorie was in it as well, which is a bonus :)

Good find CleverCowboy. I'm guessing what you said here is there is an English version with the same video, but they used someone who speaks English for the voice over. If it's the exact same video, we could download the English transcript and add it to the French version. We probably couldn't share it publicly where it's a Disney clip, but there is probably a way anyone here who wanted to see it could view it. Maybe we could legally add it to the French one?

Alizee posted instrumentals on her youtube channel.

How well do you know the lyrics?:13:

These three and the ML video that kulli posted above are the only ones I seem to be able to view on the Moi, Alizée channel
under "karaoke" but the following link will take you to an "instrumental" version of MCE

Strange. I've always wanted to hear the original instrumental track but listening to it now... it's just not the same without her vocals.

Without the vocals, Moi Lolita sounds like a movie soundtrack.

It has a "pounding" feel to it. It would be good for an action sequence (such as a car chase.)

I tried it and what better place to try it than a chase scene in Paris and I think you are right!
