I always subconsicously think that alizee's lyrics are english too!
Like I think "Y'a les baisers" in Gourmandises sounds like "the early bit", in the second time she says it.

Another reason I have been in the doghouse lately was the first time I saw one of Alizee's videos my wife asked what the lyrics meant. I spoke too soon and said... "Who the hell cares? Look at that!"
It's really difficult to recover from such an outburst.

Well, it all kinda depends on what video you were watching. Would it really have been better if you were watching Gourmandises and she asked and you said "it's about her first time and how much of a treat it is to kiss her (or, well, maybe more than that)"? Or JEAM and you said "Well, it's about her pleasuring herself in her bubble bath"?

Hindsight being 20/20 it might have also helped if I could understand French and had the slightest clue what the song was about.
