Watch out indeed, but hopefully your French is good enough that your beaucoup's don't sound like beau cul's. (Kind of an inside joke the French have, they know you mean beaucoup, but in reality a lot of English speakers say something that sounds a lot more like beau cul :))

So true, and because of how often the incorrect pronunciation occurs you can often get away, as a non native French speaker, with sneaking in a beau cul instead of a beaucoup to French women without getting into trouble. Although, at least in Québecois, they sound quite different when pronounced properly.
