Do you know what the big ballon thingies in the background are for? I can tell from the hair it's from the MCE Era, but still not clear as to what the picture is of.

balloons are most likely a prop...and i just looked at the name for one of the images and says Elle Girl... so im assuming it was ment for that?

She slides in from the right of the screen and then starts to dance. She's still wearing the black/red tights, but we haven't quite found it yet..

She's wearing red and black tights. It takes place at a dance studio, and for the first frame, she's not in the frame, but then she slides in from the right side, she dances, then it ends.
