I personally think she did have a little "rebel" time around 2004 (the mullet and peircings era) but it was *very* shortlived because she got pregnant. At that point, she just did what came naturally to her... that is, be a good parent. If she hadn't got pregnant, I suspect their would have been some wild times in Lilly-Town, and it probably would have been kind of fun. :D

Possibly if she didn't get pregnant, things could have gone very wrong and man I'm glad she did get pregnant, cause then she started to really being thankful for what she had and stayed a nice person. She could have ended up very bad if there were wild times...
