Heh... I've been there!! In my case I made another fan site (not meant to step on Brad's toes) and downloaded 15gb of Alizée's material.

I even learned how to make the correct 'é' for her name.

Now THAT my friend... is hooked.

However, I can now get a full nights sleep again. It's a good thing too... was beginning to suffer from sleep deprivation.

Hold down the 'Alt' key. Type 130 on your number pad. Release the 'Alt' key.

Ta-da! You now have an é!!

Maybe you should try Alt and 0233. Type 0233 on your numpad and without releasing Alt (and do type the "0")
(not sure it'll work on a qwerty though)

Oops, 130 is better indeed (both 0233 and 130 work on mine)
