Maybe call it J'en ai Tamoxifen!

I think what he might be trying to say is that we need prospective members to answer a simple Alizée related question before we let them sign up.

and record a video of themselves saying "I am not, nor have I ever been affiliated with the Spamunist Party" for us to evaluate for its sincerity

Or we could charge $50 a week for spammers to spam. Money for the forum and cheap Canadian viagra? Winning!

Darn! I thought I saw a great potential for having somebody spreading the word about Alizee in Africa.

So I suppose Netflix will be my best friend? Again, watch with no subtitles, and you can achieve fluent? I like that actress you referenced, Jalen. I'm really looking forward to learning how to speak fluent French. My family thinks I'm nuts, and have little faith in me.

It seems I can't find a single French movie on Netflix that does not have subtitles.

You can find "Ne le dis à personne" without subtitles on torrents, (French DVD version).
It's a good movie.

Disregard my private message to you, I got it. It does look like a very interesting movie. 10 minutes in, and I'm already seeing boobs. I'm just so confused, though. But I think even if I knew French, I still wouldn't know what's going on. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll see if I can watch it in it's entirety tomorrow when I have more time.

Not 'nana-safe' but compelling film viewing...

Not 'granny-safe' but compelling movie viewing for 'some' French acquisition...

oooh pg-13 stuff ten minutes into a French film?? quelle horreur! :nervous::eek::facepalm:

What ever you do, DO NOT go searching for " Betty Blue ".
http://www.imdb.com/media/rm2142409216/tt0090563
"Betty Blue" in imdb
Sublime grown up movie If somewhat dated by now.
I'd recommend it were it not for an apparently repressed sensibility.
It would be a shame if you didn't get past the opening scene. * for whatever reason * :))
Viewers have been known to wear out the first ~40MB of it and had to re-download. :)))

I guess it's too tragic to be icluded in this nice list: screenjunkies.com/movies/genres-movies/french/10-hot-french-movies/
But of course, you do not want to go looking for such horrible movies, Do you?? :))

Oh man! I hope your not some twelve-year-old! that would be very mean of me... please forgive my infraction in that case.:runaway:

I was just referencing the stereotypical nudity that French films are renowned for. Never said I didn't like it ;)

Put a strip of electrical tape on your screen, works like a boss

(that assuming you're watching them via instant watch. The dvd's should have the ability to turn off the subtitles)

Haha, maybe if I pull my standard 90's television out of the attic that'd work. Not sure if I want to be putting tape on a plasma screen :P I'll probably ruin in. And, yeah... I only have the streaming plan. The other one was another 2 dollars, and I'm cheap.

Come to think of it, I think they increased the DVD by mail's price a whole 60% with streaming. Which is just ridiculous.
